MCP Regression Lab is operated by Kiliaan Vanvoorden, reachable at bakerstreetbandit@zohomail.eu. The postal address, governing law, and the point at which a customer accepts these terms must be completed before use for a paid pilot. This draft does not create a finalized customer agreement.

MCP Regression Lab compares advertised tool contracts and can run optional model-based golden evaluations. Contract differences are deterministic; model-based results are probabilistic. Reports are signals for review and are not a guarantee that an integration is safe, available, or compatible in every environment.

• Connect only endpoints and model providers you are authorized to use, and ensure you may submit their advertised tool metadata and test prompts for processing.
• Protect API tokens and webhook URLs, review generated CI changes, and revoke credentials or report shares when they are no longer needed.
• Do not use the service to probe systems without permission or to send unlawful or highly sensitive data in tool descriptions or golden-test prompts.

Availability commitments, support boundaries, pilot price, payment timing, taxes, termination, data export/deletion, liability terms, and dispute handling remain to be agreed with the pilot customer and reviewed by the operator. No live payment or service-level promise is established by this draft.
